Rubya Mehzabeen Paula is a progressive female entrepreneur and consultant. After completing her B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) from United International University (UIU), she uniquely blended technology with advanced beauty chemical science. She currently operates two highly popular beauty service institutions in Dhanmondi—Ellen and Ellen Deluxe.

Presently, she serves as a 'Resource Person' under the SME Foundation (Ministry of Industries) and as a 'Level-4 Certified Assessor' for NSDA (Prime Minister's Office), actively contributing to entrepreneurial development at the national level.
